By using the Mashki Gate Hotel website or making a direct reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking. Guests must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, contact information, and any other details required to complete the reservation.

2. Rates

Rates are displayed in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) unless otherwise stated. The final amount shown during the booking process is the applicable reservation price. Rates may vary according to room type, number of guests, and stay dates.

3. Breakfast

The hotel's current standard rate plan includes breakfast as indicated during the reservation process.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the property upon arrival or according to the instructions displayed during the booking process. Available payment methods may include cash and card payment through the hotel's POS facilities where available.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. If a reservation is cancelled within the final 24 hours before check-in, the hotel may charge the first night's accommodation as a cancellation fee.

6. No-Show

If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled the reservation according to the applicable cancellation policy, the hotel may apply the charges associated with the reservation policy shown at the time of booking.

7. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out are subject to the times stated in the reservation confirmation or otherwise communicated by the hotel.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel policies, property, staff, and other guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage caused through misuse or intentional conduct.

9. Special Requests

The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but requests remain subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel.

10. Amendments

The hotel may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Reservations remain subject to the conditions and policies presented and accepted at the time the reservation was made.
